Qualifications

• 7+ years product engineering experience in semiconductor devices.
• Strong experience in defining and reviewing product datasheets.
• Familiarity with automotive AEC Q101 testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on technical ownership of products within the Automotive MOSFET Division.
• Leads and manages new product introduction from definition to release.
• Defines statistical test methods to optimize yield and reduce defects.

Skills

Product/process problem solving using statistical data analytics

Multi-tasking project management

Knowledge of discrete power MOS semiconductor devices

Interfacing with offshore product engineers

Education

BS degree in electrical engineering, physics or microelectronics

Master’s degree preferred
