You’ll own end-to-end product slices—from spec to production—work with Python, FastAPI, Postgres, Redis, and React/TypeScript, and ship features with real impact. This backend-heavy role emphasizes ownership and reliability in production systems.

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning and shipping end-to-end features that scaled.
• Deep Python backend experience: FastAPI, async patterns, Postgres.
• Experience integrating LLMs in core paths with production reliability.
• Strong API discipline: data integrity, error handling, idempotence.
• Frontend experience: shipping React/TypeScript UI and PR review.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core features for an AI-powered recruiting platform.
• Integrate large language models directly into critical product paths.
• Develop backend services with Python, FastAPI, and Postgres for production-grade stability.
• Ship frontend components in React and TypeScript.
• Define and enforce API contracts ensuring data integrity and clear error handling.
