- Turn prototypes and one‑off solutions into reliable, scalable and reusable capabilities.
- Work closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to understand problems and translate ambiguous requirements into practical engineering solutions.
- Drive technical decisions around architecture, testing, observability and system reliability.
- Use AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate engineering delivery while independently reviewing and validating generated code.
- Measure product adoption, quality, efficiency improvements and reductions in manual work.
- 6+ years' experience in software engineering, product engineering, ML engineering or a similar hands‑on technical role.
- Proven experience independently designing, building, testing, launching and operating production software.
- Strong experience with APIs, backend services, data systems, integrations or full‑stack development.
- Ability to take ambiguous business or user problems and translate them into well‑defined technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions and trade‑offs to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with production engineering practices, including automated testing, observability and system reliability.
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML‑powered products, LLM‑based applications or agentic workflows.
- Experience developing internal tools, developer platforms or automated self‑service capabilities.
- Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex or similar.
