Job summary

MCS Group is recruiting a Project Manager (Product Development) for our manufacturing technology client in Lisburn. You will lead cross-functional engineering teams from concept through to product launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and ready for manufacture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering development projects.
• Strong project planning, estimating and budgeting experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and drive delivery.
• Experience working across multiple sites / international teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Advantageous: experience managing hardware & firmware programmes and using project management tools.
• Lean/Operational excellence experience within an engineering technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams.
• Define project scope, priorities, budgets and schedules.
