innocent Limited is seeking a Team Leader for our Renew & Protect team to guide a small group of product development experts through concept to commercial production. You will coordinate with marketing, finance, operations, technical, procurement and supply chain, turning ideas into scalable, delicious products.

You’ll drive renewal and innovation, oversee budgets and training, and help translate consumer insights into practical product opportunities while maintaining high safety and quality

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a team in fast‑moving consumer goods, ideally food or drinks.
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical product concepts.
• Experience delivering product development and continuous improvement projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of product development experts, managing workloads and resources.
• Deliver renewal, resilience and product improvement projects through to production runs.
• Oversee budgets and identify investment needs for the team.
• Turn strategy and consumer insight into actionable product ideas.
• Collaborate with marketing, insights, finance, operations and external partners to progress projects.
• Ensure recipes scale from kitchen concept to pilot and factory production.
• Follow product development, technical, costing, safety and risk assessment processes.
• Lead continuous improvement and innovation planning sessions.
