Job summary

Myton Food Group is seeking a driven product development professional to lead New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD). You will own the development journey from concept to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.

You will also oversee trials, ensure regulatory documentation is spot‑on, and assess product performance post-launch, continually driving improvements and maintaining schedule

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication across levels and functions.
• Track record of managing NPD projects from concept to launch.
• Ability to build and maintain supplier and internal relationships.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset to drive projects forward.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the Process: lead development from concept to launch with care
• Communication: inform retail teams, suppliers and stakeholders of progress
• Stay on Track: manage timelines and tasks like a seasoned PM
• Be Detail-Oriented: ensure documentation supports regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with wider Teams: turn briefs into reality meeting customer expectations
• Work with Suppliers: source materials and manage paperwork
• Get Creative: formulate recipes and prepare samples
• Factory Involvement: coordinate trials and first production runs
• Benchmark and Taste: organise tastings and action improvements
• Evaluate Success: review post-launch product performance and tweaks
