Job summary

Allianz Global Investors seeks a Senior Product Developer to shape and deliver the European product strategy, focusing on pooled vehicles and Active ETF platforms across Europe. You will lead end-to-end development, from concept through to launch, collaborating with senior stakeholders across Investments, Distribution, Capital Markets, Legal, and Operations.

With 10+ years in investment product development and deep UCITS knowledge, you will drive innovation while ensuring regulatory and market

Qualifications

Extensive experience (10+ years) in investment product development.
Deep knowledge of UCITS structures and European fund landscape.
Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
Experience with cross-border, international environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency in English and German.
Degree-qualified in a relevant field.
Experience with Generative AI and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Drive the product development process for a new pooled vehicle from idea to market.
Collaborate with Investment, Distribution, and Product teams.
Identify new product opportunities with Strategy Team.
Align product offering with lifecycle management.
Support cross-border projects and sustainability initiatives.
Lead project management activities through development and launch.
Prepare decision materials for product meetings.
