Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking an Associate Director - Product Management & Implementation ETFs to lead ETF product delivery across the European platform from Cannon Street. You will manage launches, approvals, and platform improvements while coordinating with legal, distribution, and operations teams.

The role requires established ETF product development experience, strong PM and stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of UCITS, MiFID and SFDR.

Qualifications

• Established ETF product development or delivery experience.
• Strong project management and multi-project handling ability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across levels.
• Understanding of UCITS, MiFID, SFDR regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of active and passive ETF wrappers and asset classes.
• Proactive team player with self-starter attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced MS Office, especially PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Lead ETF product delivery across the European platform; launches and repositionings.
• Manage product approvals, prospectus changes and governance processes.
• Enhance ETF operating models and manage product/platform risks.
• Act as SME for ETF products; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversee the ETF range; align with regulatory and technology developments.
• Build relationships with product, legal, distribution, marketing, and ops.
