We are working with an exciting startup in the stock management industry, looking to hire 2 Senior Product Designers, with a stronger focus on UI, to join their team. The company is growing steadily, currently with 40 employees.

They are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer (UI) with strong design system expertise. You will have the opportunity to imprint your unique style and identity on the visual design, an area identified for enhancement.

The Role

1. Building and developing design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.
2. Overseeing the end-to-end UI design process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality, user-centric outcomes.
3. Communicating design decisions and rationale to stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile

1. Over 5 years of experience working on B2B/B2C digital products within an agile, sprint-based environment.
2. Available to work 4 days a week in the office (based in Vauxhall).
3. Strong design system experience is MUST.
4. Excellent portfolio demonstrating UI work in real products.
5. A strong drive to excel in your craft; we aim to build an exceptional Product Design team and seek individuals who will challenge us to improve.
