Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process, guiding features from initial sketch to implementation. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and other Designers to deliver exceptional user experiences aligned with our vision and goals.

You will lead research, create prototypes, mentor peers, and contribute to a scalable design system while measuring success with user and business metrics to craft products people love.

Qualifications

• Experience designing consumer facing products in cross-functional teams.
• Strong visual design and UI execution with pixel-level precision.
• Strategic thinking, clear communication, durable design.
• Experience collaborating with user research, content, and engineering.
• Storytelling to align stakeholders.
• Experience advocating for users and applying learnings.

Responsibilities

• Lead full design process from research to handoff with measurement.
• Coach designers and lead critique sessions.
• Ensure consistency across design outputs.
• Design customer journeys, prototypes, test, and measure outcomes.
• Define and deliver products with high craftsmanship and detail.
• Collaborate to evolve a scalable design system.
• Conduct user research to understand the user experience.
