Engine by Starling is hiring a senior UX/Product Designer to own design across our mobile SDKs and web portals for clients worldwide. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering and customers to solve complex problems, craft flows, and evolve our multi-brand design system.

You’ll lead user research, champion accessible design, and mentor teammates while delivering polished interfaces that scale across iOS, Android and web, aligning user needs with business goals in a fast-growing fintech.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/Product designer in fintech or software
• Experience designing across mobile and web platforms
• Proven ability to design scalable design systems and mentor teams

Mansioni

• Lead design across multiple product areas with product owners and tech leads
• Own the end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery to delivery
• Design the visual and functional experience for mobile SDKs and web portals
• Develop and enforce our multi-brand design system for consistency
• Contribute to improvements in team processes and documentation
• Advocate for accessible and inclusive design across products
• Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and teams
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and clients
