Job summary

NatWest Group is seeking a Product Designer to lead design across a portfolio, applying strategic end-to-end design thinking and user-centered methods. This remote-first role focuses on fintech projects and fast-paced collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You’ll create journey maps, UX wireframes, hi-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes, run ideation workshops, and present concepts to stakeholders. The 10-month contract requires occasional in-person collaboration in Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-focused digital products.
• Experience with native mobile design is desirable.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Push usability and market success of new and current products.
• Produce journey maps, UX wireframes, hi-fidelity UI and prototypes.
• Run ideation, brainstorming and critiquing workshops with stakeholders.
