Engine by Starling Limited is looking for an experienced UX/Product Designer to shape multi-domain experiences across mobile SDKs and web portals. You will collaborate with product, engineering and clients to craft polished, scalable designs that balance user needs with business goals.

The role emphasizes owning the design lifecycle, contributing to a shared design language, and guiding stakeholders through design decisions in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a UX / Product Designer working with design systems, tools, and research platforms (Figma, User Testing etc)
• Ability to create thoughtful, accessible experiences for customers and drive measurable impact
• Proven visual design quality and ability to evolve design language

Responsabilités

• Lead design work across multiple product areas with product owners and tech leads
• Own the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery
• Design visual and functional experiences for mobile SDKs and web portals across domains (payments, lending, saving, onboarding, cards)
• Develop and extend our multi-brand design system for consistent UX
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document design decisions clearly
• Champion design internally and externally to showcase best-in-class practices
