Zusammenfassung

Bupa is seeking a Senior Product Designer (UI) to elevate our visual design, interaction, and design systems for digital products. You will evolve Anatomy, our design system, and work hands-on with engineers and product teams to deliver accessible, scalable experiences.

You will mentor designers, define component behavior, and ensure consistency across responsive implementations. Join a cross-disciplinary team dedicated to making health happen for UK customers.

Qualifikationen

Extensive product design experience with reusable components and design systems.
Advanced Figma skills including Auto Layout, variants, and libraries.
Experience with design-system tools such as Zeroheight, Storybook, Figma Code Connect.
Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and fundamentals.
Collaborates effectively with engineers to translate designs into code.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

Design and improve reusable components, patterns, and foundations in Figma.
Define component behavior and acceptance criteria with engineers.
Review implementations for responsiveness and accessibility.
Create guidance covering usage, behavior, and accessibility.
Mentor designers on systems thinking and inclusive practice.
Collaborate with Design, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption.
Evolve Anatomy design system across products.
