Job summary

Owen Thomas B Corp in London is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the core platform and shape the next range of fintech products. You will lead design across research, prototyping, and polished UI, translating complex financial workflows into intuitive experiences while building a scalable design system.

Flexibility to work hybrid, with 1–3 days in the office, and a strong preference for finance/crypto experience.

Qualifications

• Senior or lead product designer/UX‑UI
• Experience in Payments or Crypto
• Strong portfolio from concept to launch
• Excellent UI craft and visual design
• Experience in fintech/payments/SaaS or complex B2B products
• Figma and prototyping tools; building design systems
• Commercial mindset: design drives growth/retention
• Autonomous in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

• Set design vision and standards across all products
• Lead full design process: research, wireframes, prototypes, testing, polished UI
• Translate complex financial workflows into simple experiences
• Build a scalable design system
• Conduct user research: interviews, usability testing
• Use data/experiments to improve conversion/engagement
• Support branding and marketing visuals when needed
• Hire and mentor designers as the team grows
