Job summary

digiLab is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead user research, IA and UI design for our AI-powered products. You will collaborate with the Design Lead, Product Management and Engineering to shape discovery, prototyping and production-ready interfaces across complex data-heavy workflows.

This on-site role focuses on hands-on design systems contribution, wireframes, prototypes, and clear rationales for design decisions.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in product design, UX design or a similar role on web-based products and services.
• Strong user research skills and usability testing experience.
• Strong information architecture and interaction design skills for complex products.
• Experience across the product design lifecycle from discovery to implementation.
• Strong UI design skills and proficiency with Figma.
• Experience with design systems and reusable patterns for consistency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with product, design and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand user and business needs with Design Lead and Product Management and translate them into design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing; synthesize findings to inform decisions.
• Develop information architectures, user flows and content structures for clarity.
• Support discovery, rapid prototyping and validation from concepts to detailed design.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-quality designs for production.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and other teams to ensure feasible, coherent designs.
• Contribute to the design system and promote consistency across products and experiences.
