Job summary

A1 is seeking a Product/UX designer to shape how users interact with AI-powered workflows across web and mobile. You will design end-to-end experiences, simplify complex AI-driven behaviors, and create patterns that are clear, controllable, and trustworthy.

Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and ML teams, you will turn multi-step reasoning into intuitive flows, produce wireframes and prototypes in Figma, and conduct lightweight usability tests to refine the product.

Qualifications

Portfolio of web or mobile product design.
Experience designing AI-driven products and systems.
Ability to turn complex AI behaviors into clear user experiences.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end user experiences for AI product surfaces from concept to shipped product.
Create interaction patterns for human-AI workflows, including prompting, review, correction, handoff, and recovery.
Design interfaces that explain what the AI is doing, what it knows, what it is unsure about, and what will happen next.
Turn multi-step AI capabilities into flows that are clear and usable in everyday contexts.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams to define problems, test ideas, and ship quickly.
Produce wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile.
Run lightweight user research and usability tests to identify friction and trust issues.
Help define reusable HCI design patterns as the product and design system mature.
