Job summary

OutSystems is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the core experience of a leading low-code platform. You will lead complex design challenges, translating user research into intuitive, high-impact digital products for developers worldwide.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AX teams, mentor peers, and help elevate our design system. Strong English communication and prototyping skills are essential for global scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX/Product Design experience in complex B2B SaaS or technical software.
• Demonstrated end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery to implementation.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools; familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.
• English fluency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from discovery to validation and delivery.
• Design for human-AI interaction with clear control and override in AI features.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AX teams from concept to implementation.
• Advocate for developer experience and fit designs into developer workflows.
• Elevate design standards and mentor junior designers.
• Bridge between design and agentic automation across domains.
