Job summary

IFS is seeking an experienced Product Designer to own end-to-end design for defined feature areas—from problem framing to production-ready Figma files—with a clear rationale for every decision.

You will work in a cross-functional squad with engineers and PMs, run user interviews, JTBD analysis, and journey mapping; design AI-driven features; and contribute to the design system while applying WCAG accessibility from day one.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of end-to-end product design experience.
• Proficiency with Figma and UI/UX best practices.
• Strong emphasis on accessibility from the design stage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for defined feature areas—from framing to production-ready Figma files.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional squad with engineers and PMs, making real decisions.
• Present design thinking to stakeholders with evidence-based rationale.
• Plan and run user interviews, JTBD analysis, and journey mapping.
• Track signals and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Design AI-driven features with clear risk mitigation and human-in-the-loop considerations.
• Contribute to design systems and apply WCAG 2.1+ accessibility standards.
