The Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join the team and play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface of our SaaS platform. This is an end-to-end design role requiring a designer who can work across the full design lifecycle, from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leads, product teams, and scrum/sprint teams to develop and refine design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or Storyboard.
• Dive into the granularity of design, ensuring a high level of precision and usability.
• Work alongside a contractor designer who is primarily focused on visual identity.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a financial services (FS), fintech, or B2B SaaS environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing permanent work experience with impactful design contributions.
• Proficiency in Figma or Storyboard for wireframing and prototyping.
• Experience working in an agile environment within scrum/sprint teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, balancing user needs with business goals.
