We are seeking a Product Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to use our products intuitively. We love building great products. We love delighting our customers. We love turning complexity into the simplicity of a beautiful solution that truly solves customer needs.

You will work with other product designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design, from discovery to polished UI
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to bring features to life
• Translate research insights into innovative, intuitive design solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final design specs that are simple, elegant, and scalable
• Champion the user and push for solutions that balance user needs and business goals
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure visual consistency and quality
• Provide and seek feedback from other designers to raise the bar across the team

What You Bring To The Table

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio in SaaS or complex digital tools
• Deep understanding of UX best practices, design thinking, and product strategy
• Comfortable working across the full product lifecycle, from 0→1 to scaling existing features
• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
• Skilled in Figma and familiar with design systems and component-based design
• Passionate about building products people love—user-first thinking is your default
• Comfortable owning your work and confident in making decisions backed by data and user insight
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members & provide assistance to product engineers

Please include a portfolio with your application, highlighting your design expertise and experience in delivering design work. This will help us understand your design capabilities and achievements.
