Senior Product Designer (B2B SaaS) | Series A | London

My client is building a modern platform that gives companies full visibility and control over how, when, and why money is being spent. From employee purchase requests to approvals, renewals, and supplier risk management, they streamline the entire purchasing process making it smarter, faster, and more efficient.

What we’re looking for:

We're hiring an exceptional Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of critical features from discovery through to delivery and you will be heavily indexed on the UX side. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll shape user experiences for some of the world’s most innovative tech companies.

You’ll be joining an experienced founding team that previously scaled and successfully sold a well- known SaaS business and a product that’s already being used by a number of globally recognised brands with a customer base that is growing rapidly.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with Product, Sales & Customer teams to understand user needs and pain points
Own design projects from concept through to high-fidelity delivery
Participate in customer calls to gather first hand insights and feedback
Balance commercial goals with delightful UX, making smart trade-offs when needed
Contribute to and evolve their design system for consistency and scale
Align closely with engineering and product stakeholders for smooth implementation
7–8+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS - ESSENTIAL
Start-up experience is an absolute MUST as is experience within enterprise
Track record of shipping complex products in fast-paced environments
Strong design intuition with a data-informed mindset
Excellent visual and interaction design skills and someone who shows passion for their craft
Experience working with and evolving design systems
Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by early-stage challenges
Ownership-driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial by nature
Comfortable with being an IC for the next 18-24 months and then moving in to team growth mode.
