Job summary

PGIM, the asset management arm of Prudential Financial, London, seeks a Senior Associate, Product Data & Analytics-EMEA to ensure data accuracy and reliable reporting across internal and external platforms.

You will partner with Sales, Consultant Relations and the RFP team to gather information, resolve data issues, and deliver timely data solutions while supporting automation and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product data, business development, client management or operations within asset/wealth management, consulting or investment banking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collect and provide data to support institutional sales, consultant relations, and client managers' business development efforts.
• Collaborate with the RFP team to complete data sections in RFPs with potential quick turnarounds.
• Retrieve and manage data in client-friendly, legally compliant formats for ad-hoc requests (assets, staffing, performance, characteristics).
• Keep data owners and sales teams updated on progress and issues related to ad-hoc data projects.
• Support consultant databases management and drive process improvements through automation and reporting.
