Job summary

PGIM, the global asset management arm of Prudential Financial, seeks a Senior Associate in London to own product data and reporting processes. You’ll partner with Sales, Consultant Relations and the RFP team to deliver accurate data, support ad hoc requests, and drive process improvements across multiple projects.

Required are strong data skills, a degree, and Excel proficiency. The role emphasizes collaboration across time zones and a client-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product data, business development, client management or operations within asset/wealth management.
• Strong multitasking and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and across functions, building partnerships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a SME for product data and reporting processes across platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Consultant Relations and RFP teams to gather data and provide reports.
• Retrieve and manage data in client-friendly, legally compliant formats for ad hoc requests.
• Keep data owners and sales teams updated on progress and issues.
• Support data-related research, automation, and cross-department projects.
