Qualifications

• Experience in data insights within a digital product team.
• Ability to translate data into insights to support decisions and apply statistics to strategic problems.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and Python (or R) in data contexts.
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong presentation skills to clearly communicate insights.
• Collaborative approach across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Tackle high-impact product challenges with robust data expertise and storytelling.
• Champion data-driven measurement and rigorous experimentation across the product area.
• Deliver self-service analytics and training to empower product managers and engineers.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to support scaled decision-making.
• Collaborate with UX Research and insights functions to drive data-driven culture.
• Balance multiple projects and keep stakeholders informed on progress and outcomes.
