Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Senior Team Lead in Product Analytics for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will lead a high-performing analytics team, coach analysts and an analytics engineer, and partner with product, engineering, and commercial stakeholders globally to drive data-driven decision making.

You will shape product insights, monitor performance using our data warehouse, and contribute hands-on when needed, while ensuring clarity of metrics and alignment with business

Qualifications

• > Substantial experience in product analytics, at a Senior IC or lead level within a tech company or consultancy.
• > Demonstrated ability to mentor/coached others within your role.
• > Strong track record across the analytics lifecycle: measurement planning, experimentation, KPI definition, and insight delivery.

Responsibilities

• > Coach and develop a high-performing team of analysts and an analytics engineer, setting expectations and accountability.
• > Promote data-driven decision-making and harmonisation of KPIs across the team and organisation.
• > Define and validate key metrics to provide insights and recommendations to the Product organisation.
• > Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and researchers to assess opportunities and understand customer needs.
• > Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape across Product, Engineering, Customer Services and Commercial departments.
• > Proactively use our data warehouse to monitor product performance and identify opportunities, problems and experiment ideas.
• > Contribute hands-on alongside the team and support delivery where needed.
