Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is hiring a Senior Team Lead in our Product Analytics team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. You will coach a high-performing analytics team and work with product, engineering, and commercial partners to drive data-informed decisions across the business.

You'll lead KPI harmonisation, define key metrics, and contribute hands-on analytics using SQL, Tableau and Python, while mentoring others and shaping how data unlocks customer and partner value

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading analytics teams and coaching others.
• Strong ability to drive data-driven decisions across product, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Experience with analytics lifecycle: measurement, experimentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a high-performing analytics team and an analytics engineer.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and KPI harmonisation.
• Define and validate key metrics to support product decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and researchers to understand needs.
• Manage prioritisation and stakeholder relationships across departments.
