Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is hiring a Senior Team Lead - Product Analytics on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will coach a high-performing analytics team, promote data-driven decision making, define key metrics, and collaborate with product, design and research to prioritise insights that improve the customer and partner experience globally.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in product analytics at senior IC or lead level.
• Mentored and coached other team members to raise performance.
• Experience across the full analytics lifecycle from planning to insight delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to navigate complex priorities.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing analytics team including an analytics engineer.
• Promote data-driven decision making and ensure data quality and documentation standards.
• Define, validate and harmonise key product metrics across teams.
• Collaborate with product, UX and researchers to understand customer needs and opportunities.
• Manage competing priorities and protect the team's focus in senior forums.
• Hands-on analytics: monitor product performance and contribute when needed.
