Job summary

Harnham in Manchester is seeking a Senior Analyst to drive product analytics and experimentation, influencing decisions for millions of users. You will join the Growth Engineering team to improve customer experiences, optimise conversion journeys and deliver smarter personalisation.

The role requires strong SQL, Python (PySpark beneficial), and a solid background in product analytics, with experience communicating insights to diverse stakeholders. Hybrid working in Manchester offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product analytics and experimentation.
• Strong SQL and Python skills are essential.
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical techniques.
• Ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to web analytics or event-level data is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead product analytics projects from problem to recommendation.
• Design, analyse and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Apply statistical techniques to solve product challenges.
• Analyse user behaviour using event-level data.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing and senior stakeholders.
• Support personalisation initiatives and audience measurement.
• Deliver commercially-focused insights to influence product strategy.
