Accurx is hiring a Senior Product Analyst to become a foundational force in our data function. You will translate product vision into measurable strategy, partner with Pod Leads, and lead end-to-end analytical projects to drive engagement and retention across NHS-focused platforms.

This role demands high agency, critical thinking, and mentoring others. You will shape the data roadmap, run experiments, and build dashboards to empower teams with high-quality insights.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python skills for data extraction and modeling.
• Experience turning data into actionable product insights.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end analytic projects from hypothesis to delivery.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Translate product vision into measurable strategy with Pod Leads and a robust measurement framework.
• Lead experimentation initiatives, proposing and running rigorous tests to validate hypotheses.
• Interrogate user behavior to uncover drivers of engagement and retention.
• Build self-serve analytics by creating dashboards and models for fast decision-making.
