Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to help shape strategic decisions and drive commercial performance across our UK Insurance business. You will work with Product leaders to understand performance, evaluate initiatives and translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

The role requires analytical excellence, stakeholder influence, and experience in advanced analytics, forecasting and statistical modelling. Hybrid working with 3 days WFH is available.

Qualifications

• Senior Analyst or equivalent experience.
• Strong commercial and analytical problem-solving.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, or R.
• Experience building statistical models and AI applications.
• Strong data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications.
• Experience leading complex analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product leaders to support strategic decisions.
• Analyse customer behaviour, revenue, profitability and cost drivers.
• Develop repeatable frameworks for measuring business impact.
• Apply forecasting and predictive modelling techniques to optimise performance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives using robust statistical methods.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise data and commercial insight.
• Mentor and support junior analysts, promoting best practice.
