Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to help shape strategic decisions and drive commercial performance across our UK Insurance business. You will work with Product leaders to understand performance, evaluate initiatives and translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

The role requires analytical excellence, stakeholder influence, and experience in advanced analytics, forecasting and statistical modelling. Hybrid working with 3 days WFH is available.

Qualifications

• Senior Analyst or equivalent experience.
• Strong commercial and analytical problem-solving.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, or R.
• Experience building statistical models and AI applications.
• Strong data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications.
• Experience leading complex analytics projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced analyst who enjoys combining technical expertise with commercial insight and stakeholder influence. You'll work closely with Product leaders, helping them understand performance, evaluate initiatives and make better data-driven decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with Product leaders to support strategic and commercial decision-making.

• Mentor and support junior analysts, promoting best practice and high-quality delivery.

Essential

What We're Looking For

• Previous Senior Analyst or equivalent analytical experience.
• Strong commercial and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, R, or similar analytical programming languages.
• Experience building and applying statistical models/AI to solve business problems.
• Strong data visualisation skills using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading complex analytical projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Desirable

• Experience evaluating causality and business outcomes using real-world data.
• Experience within Insurance, Financial Services or a commercial analytics environment.
• Track record of mentoring and developing junior analysts.
• Experience of using Snowflake or equivalent platform
