Job summary

TalentHawk is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to lead IPV services across Equity Derivatives. The role blends client engagement with product development to refine pricing methodologies for complex OTC derivatives.

You will bridge banks, tech teams and valuation methods, delivering day-to-day IPV services and driving enhancements to pricing tools while ensuring regulatory alignment across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Tier-1/2 bank's Valuation Control Group, IPV, or Middle Office Risk.
• 2+ years in Equity Derivatives coverage, including exotic products and structured notes.
• Strong understanding of IFRS 13, Fair Value hierarchy and Prudential Valuation.
• Proficient with valuation models, Greeks, volatility surfaces and inputs.
• Able to articulate complex valuation mechanics to desks, traders and risk managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IPV processes, review consensus data, resolve pricing queries and manage price challenges.
• Engage with Trading, Desk Quant, and Middle Office teams across Tier-1 banks, lead client reviews.
• Collaborate with software developers to specify, build and test pricing tool enhancements.
• Analyze market data trends to improve valuation accuracy and data quality.
• Monitor regulatory updates to keep pricing services compliant and cutting-edge.
