As ShipIn’s first Product Analyst, you will play a central role in driving data-informed decisions at ShipIn. This position combines hands‑on product analytics with strategic research for product innovation in the maritime and insurance domains. The Analyst will support both product performance validation and discovery of new opportunities, ensuring that ShipIn’s insights and scores deliver measurable value to customers and insurance partners.
You’ll report directly to the VP of Product while working with Product Managers, Data, AI/ML Engineers, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders. Collaborate across disciplines - from Data Science and Maritime experts to Insurance partners - to transform insights into clear product strategies.
