Job summary

Sumo Digital is seeking an External Producer to work hybrid from our Sheffield studio or remotely in the United Kingdom. You will engage with clients and partners across China and wider Asia, nurturing strategic relationships and managing high-impact initiatives to drive growth as a top co-development and art services provider.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin required; Cantonese advantageous).
• Significant production experience shipping titles with external partners and co-development teams.
• Proven ability to build relationships and navigate diverse stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• End to end project and production management including budgets, scheduling, risk management, and conflict resolution.
• Represent Sumo’s strategic objectives across partners and clients.
• Champion and market Sumo’s services alongside Business Development and studio leadership.
• Investigate potential partnerships, support onboarding, and act as Production or client liaison.
• Navigate issues, mitigate risk, and ensure a great partner experience.
