We're looking for a talented Senior Producer for a full-time permanent role

An ideal candidate would have both agency and production experience. Producing great films is essential, but we also value the ability to deliver excellent client service. The successful candidate must be comfortable advising FTSE 100 clients on strategic and creative levels, problem-solving on behalf of clients, and providing solutions that exceed expectations. Clients should feel they are in safe hands.

Our clients are multinational firms or industry leaders in sectors such as finance and hospitality. You will be the main point of contact from brief to delivery.

Minimum Requirements

1. At least three years of experience in an agency or production role.
2. Advanced understanding of the strategic value of film within corporate communications.
3. Budget management skills.
4. Set management experience.
5. Ability to manage client relationships.

What you’ll actually do

• Handle higher value projects than a Producer, delivering superior quality videos.
• Provide guidance and add value to less experienced Producers.
• Manage select accounts and support your EP in achieving sales and production targets.
• Innovate to reduce costs while maintaining high production standards.
• Train and retain skilled staff to support company and client needs.
• Expand our freelancer roster using Smart Crew.
• Maintain accountability over client relationships where appropriate.
• Act as an interpreter and decision-maker between stakeholders, fluent in both boardroom and film set languages.
• Proactively seek new work opportunities and spot potential business.
• Review and improve existing production processes.
• Lead by example, ensuring first-class personal service for clients.
• Contribute to company culture, foster junior talent, celebrate successes, and support extracurricular activities.

Working in the office

Some remote work is involved. Currently, teams work in the office 2-3 days a week.
