Job summary

Tomorrow Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Producer to lead productions from brief to delivery across video, photography and social content for major brands. You will manage pre-production, shoots and post-production, keeping budgets, schedules and artistic quality on track.

You will collaborate with Creative, Strategy and Client Services, build strong client relationships, supervise crews, talent, locations and suppliers, and mentor a junior Producer as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Strong experience producing video, photography and social content within an agency or production environment.
• Experience running shoots, managing budgets and logistics.
• Comfort negotiating fees and usage rights; problem solving under changing plans.

We're looking for a Senior Producer to join a fast-growing, creative agency producing social content, film, animation and mixed-media work for major brands across financial services, lifestyle and technology.

The Opportunity

As Senior Producer, you'll take ownership of key productions from brief through to delivery, leading pre-production, shoots and post-production while keeping budgets, schedules and creative quality on track.

You'll partner closely with Creative, Strategy and Client Services, build trusted client relationships, manage crews, talent, locations and suppliers, and mentor a Producer within your team. You'll also help refine processes as the production team grows.

About You

You'll bring strong experience producing video, photography and social content within an agency or production environment.

You're confident running shoots, managing budgets and logistics, negotiating fees and usage rights, and solving problems calmly when plans change. Experience with production management tools such as Scoro is useful, alongside a genuine interest in sustainable production.
