Job summary

Ivory Worldwide, part of the EC Group, seeks an Account Manager / Producer in London to oversee client relationships and steer internal teams across video, graphics, content, and production. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality events and campaigns, driving growth opportunities, and ensuring client objectives are met with exceptional service.

You will work closely with clients on strategy and planning, guiding teams to deliver compelling content and messaging while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience operating at Producer and/or Account Manager level within an experiential/events or brand agency.
• Strong client relationship development and opportunity identification.
• Delivery of live events, campaigns and related content from concept to delivery.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication with clients at all levels.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop junior team members where needed.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: nurture relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Account Growth: drive measurable growth with the Account Executive Sponsor.
• Project Management: brief internal teams, manage content, logistics and delivery.
• Financial Management: maintain profitability and margins.
• Process & Quality Control: ensure high standards of execution and client satisfaction.
• Production: scope project requirements and motivate internal/external teams.
• Sustainability: champion sustainable planning tools and procedures.
• Resource Management: allocate resources for excellent client service.
• New Business: identify opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Strategic & Content Development: shape compelling content and messaging.
• Line Management: coach junior team members and drive project success.
• Leadership: lead by example and build trust with clients and colleagues.
