Job summary

Castlebell seeks a Senior Producer to lead flagship brand activations and experiential programmes from London. The role involves end-to-end delivery, client leadership, and budget ownership, with travel required for international projects.

You will mentor teams, work with trusted suppliers, and guide projects to deliver standout experiences for global brands in both B2B and B2C contexts. Three days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Producer in agency/exhibitions or live events.
• Strong commercial acumen with hands-on budget management.
• Polished client presence with experience leading relationships.
• Background in B2B and/or B2C experiential, either or both welcomed.
• Experience delivering brand activations within wider event programmes.
• Calm under pressure, highly organised and collaborative.
• International delivery experience is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel for live projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end delivery of complex brand activations and live events.
• Full budget ownership, forecasting and commercial management.
• Senior client handling and trusted day-to-day leadership.
• Mentoring producers and project teams (line management experience a plus).
• Working closely with trusted suppliers and partners to deliver best-in-class work.
• Delivering projects in the UK and internationally (travel required).
