Job summary

Jobtailor in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Producer to coordinate development across major areas of PC/console projects. You will lead sprint planning, support cross-discipline teams, and develop delivery pipelines to keep work efficient and sustainable.

You will collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders and external partners, identify risks, and drive progress with Agile practices and JIRA-based planning. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Producer with at least two shipped PC or console titles.
• Solid understanding of Agile development practices
• Ability to communicate confidently across all organisational levels
• Strong collaborator who can facilitate cross‑discipline teamwork
• Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
