Job summary

10:10 Games in Warrington, UK, is seeking an Executive Producer to oversee a large development team and drive delivery of console and PC AA/AAA titles.

You will lead production across the studio, build a high-performance culture, and partner with creative, engineering and leadership to deliver realistic schedules while managing risks and external partnerships. Hybrid working is available with a focus on collaboration and delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in game production or development leadership.
• Led production on large teams (50+ developers).
• Shipped multiple AA/AAA titles in a senior production leadership role.
• Deep understanding of game development pipelines across Design, Engineering, Art and QA.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira for production planning, reporting and workflow.
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum and hybrid production methodologies.
• A great collaborative leader who is pragmatic and calm under pressure.

10:10 Games is an independent development studio based in the heart of Warrington, UK. 10:10 Games saw its first release in 2024 with Funko Fusion and is now gearing up for future growth with new and exciting IPs.
