About the role:

• Deliver innovative, commercially focused procurement plans, including alternative service delivery models.
• Design and deliver procurement solutions that provide cashable savings and process efficiencies for the organisation whilst improving outcomes for residents.
• Lead responsibility for specific sub-categories and/or client programmes.
• The sub-categories in this service are: Adult Social Care, Safeguarding & Quality Assurance, Children’s Social Care, Education, Health & Public Health.

About you:

You will have the following skillsets or experiences:

• MCIPS / CIPS Qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Expert knowledge of PCR2015.
• Extensive experience in procurement in the Adults / Children / Health categories.
• Experience working in a local government setting.
