Job title: Marketing and Admissions Manager
Location: Home based - Occasional travel to sites
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Contract: Permanent- 52 weeks per year

JOB PURPOSE
Blenheim Schools is seeking an experienced, strategic and visionary Marketing and Admissions Manager to lead the continued growth and reputation.
This is a pivotal opportunity for a high-performing leader to influence and deliver an ambitious marketing and admissions strategy that supports individual school’s enrolment goals and brand positioning.
The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of leading integrated marketing and admissions functions—ideally within a premium education or service sector—combined with exceptional communication skills and commercial acumen. We are looking to appoint a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of brand development, customer engagement and market trends. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong alignment with the Blenheim School’s values and possess the creativity and influence that resonate with local communities and families. A collaborative spirit and an ability to work closely with academic and operational leaders is essential.
Reporting to the Operations Director and working closely with school leadership teams, the successful candidate will own the delivery of enrolment targets and contribute to the broader school strategy and growth agenda. This role offers a rare opportunity for a marketing and admissions leader to make a lasting impact within a successful and value-driven division and ensuring that all prospective families receive an outstanding experience from first contact to admission.
