Job summary

Interims exist, but the aim is to move to permanent arrangements with strong governance. Experience in housing associations or public sector procurement is preferred, with on-site presence required at least once a week to coordinate site-based

• Experience procuring asset investment and housing refurbishments.
• Knowledge of housing maintenance procurement and public sector practices.
• Ability to manage complex procurement projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes for housing assets and refurbishments.
• Manage pricing for procurement activities and supplier tenders.
• Coordinate with asset teams, housing partners and suppliers to meet timelines.

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Officer

Looking for a senior procurement officer with a real focus on housing, refurbishments, maintenance.
Asset investment housing, PA23 looking for knowledge.
At least once a week on site

Knowledge around carrying out procurement for asset investment, refurbishments, building maintenance within housing.
Ideally background public sector/housing association.
Have a programme of procurements that are managed for the asset team. Interim contract in place but need to move away to get permanent contracts.
Have someone doing pricing.
Need someone to run the procurement process.
