Qualifications

Senior Procurement Manager - FM/Maintenance | London | Hybrid ~ We are working with a client who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to deliver procurement activity across FM, M&E, Maintenance…

This is a hands-on role combining end-to-end sourcing, commercial negotiations, strategic supplier management, and procurement governance. Working closely with operational and technical stakeholders, you will take ownership of procurement activity from initial requirements and supplier engagement through to contract execution and ongoing supplier management.

The successful candidate will bring strong commercial judgement, experience managing critical strategic suppliers, conduction QBR's and the ability to establish structure and control within a fast-paced, growing business.

You will have at least 10 years' procurement experience, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end sourcing and commercial activity.

Ideally, you will bring experience across critical infrastructure, construction, or asset-intensive environments, with exposure to areas such as Capex/Opex projects, facilities management, maintenance, and complex service agreements.

You will also demonstrate:

• Proven experience managing critical strategic suppliers and complex supplier relationships, especially TFM providers.
• Strong commercial and contractual negotiation skills, including the ability to challenge and redline supplier agreements.
• Experience working with operational, engineering, and technical stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of procurement governance, supplier lifecycle management, and sourcing processes.
• Experience establishing spend visibility, identifying opportunities and driving cost improvements.
• The ability to operate autonomously and bring structure to environments where procurement processes are still developing.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence and challenge at all levels.

Hybrid working of 3 days a week on site in central London.
