Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify commercial opportunities within the Engineering Services expenditure category by analyzing market trends, understanding internal requirements, and assessing vendor capabilities.
2. Develop sourcing strategies aligned with market dynamics and company objectives.
3. Assist the Category Manager in achieving strategic objectives in line with the company's Product Development strategy and Business Plans.
4. Provide expertise in the Engineering Services sourcing category, including market knowledge and sourcing best practices.
5. Define and deliver Engineering Services category plans that generate benefits, achieve financial savings, and mitigate risks.
6. Manage Engineering Services contracts, including annual renewals, with attention to detail and effective contract management skills.
7. Manage stakeholder relationships by acting as a liaison between the business and vendors, negotiating at a high level, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
8. Ensure procurement processes are consistent, develop strategic sourcing projects, and apply knowledge of contractual terms and conditions to improve processes.
