Manufacturing Expertise:Deep, practical understanding of machined component manufacturing. You know exactly how parts are manufactured, how to accurately model their costs, and how to proactively identify potential quality risks.

Supply Chain Expansion:Identify, evaluate, and cultivate top-tier third-party machining partners—with a heavy focus on the Asian market—to build a resilient, scalable supply network for future growth.
Technical Sourcing:Leverage your manufacturing expertise to oversee the procurement of highly complex machined parts, ensuring all vendors fully grasp and consistently meet strict technical specifications and quality benchmarks.
Commercial Strategy & Cost Reduction:Drive vendor negotiations and continuously scrutinise total acquisition costs. You will pinpoint opportunities to maximise margins and achieve sustainable savings without sacrificing product performance.
Inventory & Production Alignment:Synchronise vendor output and part availability with internal manufacturing and build schedules, guaranteeing a steady, reliable flow of materials to our assembly and testing hubs.
