Portfolio Procurement Ltd on behalf of a leading Cheshire-based client is seeking a Global Engineering Purchasing Manager to own a multi-million pound spend and ensure price, quality and performance targets are met.

You will develop a robust supplier base across China, Europe and India, lead complex component sourcing, negotiate with suppliers, and continually challenge total cost to improve margins without compromising quality.

Qualifikationen

• Senior procurement experience within a mechanical engineering environment.
• Proven track record of sourcing in China, Europe and India.
• Strong technical knowledge of how components are made.
