Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior procurement leadership role within a large organisation.
• Degree educated and/or hold a CIPS qualification; postgraduate qualifications advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building to influence senior stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering savings and business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and deliver category and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Work with the BI and leadership to translate priorities into measurable sourcing strategies.
• Build relationships across the business and promote procurement as a trusted partner.
• Drive productivity improvements through hard and soft savings initiatives.
• Develop supplier strategies and manage strategic supplier relationships.
• Ensure contracts are implemented, reviewed, and opportunities identified to maximise value and reduce risk.
