Job summary

JERA Nex bp is seeking an experienced procurement leader to drive corporate sourcing and contracting across offices management, IT & Digital, HR, Communications, Finance and Legal. You will develop strategies with business teams and oversee end-to-end sourcing from inception to contract award, ensuring innovative supplier collaboration and compliant P2P processes.

We value a commercial mindset, strong negotiation skills and extensive experience with P2P systems like SAP.

Qualifications

10+ years experience in procurement, specifically sourcing and contracting activity.
Commercial acumen, good working knowledge of contracting, negotiation expertise.
Experience with P2P systems (e.g. SAP) and delivering procurement at an operational level.

Responsibilities

Lead the Corporate Procurement delivering sourcing and contracting support for corporate services such as Offices management, IT & Digital, HR, Communications, Finance and Legal.
Work with business teams to develop and implement sourcing and contracting strategies.
Support sourcing and contracting from inception through to contract execution and post contract award management activities including drafting terms and delivering commercial evaluation and negotiations.
Work effectively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations and inform on progress of procurement activity.
Work closely with suppliers to identify areas of innovation and ensure risk/reward agreements deliver value.
